Project Overview
The Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Eye Institute was a major healthcare renovation in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The project encompassed the transformation of an existing 160,000-square-foot building within the Innovation Quarter, a research district adjacent to Biotech Place and Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Bounded by Research Parkway, 7th Street, and Vine Street, the facility required a pursuit strategy that communicated the full scope and complexity of the renovation to a sophisticated healthcare owner. PRESWERX partnered with the client's team to develop the proposal, presentation, renderings, and animations that defined their pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client navigated a competitive pursuit for a complex healthcare renovation, needing materials that could hold up to an experienced owner's scrutiny:
Communicating the scope of a 160,000-square-foot building renovation as a cohesive, compelling story
Visualizing completed design quality within an existing structure before construction began
Differentiating the team in a competitive selection with polished, coordinated materials
Preparing leadership for a live interview that demanded precision and depth
Together, these challenges required a strategy built on clear communication, strong visuals, and confident delivery.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Eye Institute renovation.
