Project Overview
AnMed Central Clemson was a $105 million, 140,000 SF healthcare development in Clemson, South Carolina, bringing together a new medical office building and a freestanding emergency department on a single campus. The program encompassed a full suite of clinical services, including imaging, a surgery center, lab, pharmacy, and central building services designed to accommodate future growth. The scale and clinical complexity of the project demanded pursuit materials that could communicate both the facility's scope and its long-term strategic vision to a healthcare system owner. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a proposal, renderings, and animations in support of the competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client needed to communicate the breadth of a complex, multi-service healthcare campus to a sophisticated health system owner and demonstrate readiness to deliver a project of this scale. The core challenges included:
Presenting a 140,000 SF program spanning an FSED, MOB, surgery center, imaging, lab, pharmacy, and growth-ready building services as a cohesive and strategically framed facility vision.
Producing renderings and animations that conveyed the design quality and patient experience of a new healthcare campus before a single foundation had been poured.
Building a compelling written proposal that organized the team's qualifications and approach around the specific clinical demands of a multi-service facility.
Differentiating the team in a competitive selection for a high-profile $105 million healthcare investment.
Each of these challenges required pursuit materials that matched the ambition and complexity of the project itself.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX developed a full pursuit package for the AnMed Central Clemson proposal. The scope included a written proposal tailored to the specific program and clinical priorities of the AnMed health system, renderings that visualized the new medical office building and freestanding emergency department as a unified healthcare campus, and animations that communicated the patient experience and design quality of the facility in motion. Each deliverable was built around the specific 140,000 SF program, covering the surgery center, imaging, lab, pharmacy, and growth-ready building services, and calibrated to the expectations of a health system owner evaluating a $105 million capital investment.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX treated the pursuit as a multi-layered communication challenge, with each deliverable serving a distinct purpose within the overall package:
Structured the proposal to address the clinical and operational priorities of a health system building a major new campus, with content specific to the AnMed program rather than generic to healthcare construction.
Developed renderings that presented the 140,000 SF facility with the design clarity and visual quality a healthcare owner would expect at this investment level.
Produced animations that brought the patient journey and campus experience to life in a way static visuals could not capture on their own.
The result was a cohesive pursuit package that positioned the team to compete at the level the project demanded.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package, with each component held to the standard of a $105 million healthcare selection:
A proposal that communicated the team's qualifications and approach in direct response to the clinical complexity and growth-oriented design of the AnMed campus.
Renderings that conveyed the design quality and campus character of the new MOB and freestanding emergency department to a health system owner audience.
Animations that illustrated the patient experience and facility flow across a complex, multi-service program spanning clinical, surgical, and support functions.
The client's team entered the selection with materials that reflected the full ambition and clinical scope of the project.
