Project Overview

The Amazon Reserve Stow Racks project was a specialized Amazon warehouse development in Kokomo, Indiana, pursued for Ambrose Property Group. The proposed facility encompassed just under 50,000 square feet at 2330 E. North St., situated adjacent to an existing FedEx warehouse, and included 92 employee parking spaces at the building's front with additional parking to the rear. The development was part of Amazon's logistics network expansion in the Midwest, requiring a team capable of delivering a purpose-built industrial facility to the standards of a high-profile national tenant. The client engaged PRESWERX to produce renderings, animations, a selection presentation, and presentation coaching.

Client Challenges

The client was competing for a purpose-built Amazon facility where visual quality and live interview performance would both factor into the developer's selection decision:

  • Communicating the team's ability to deliver an Amazon logistics facility to the operational and construction standards of one of the country's most demanding tenants.

  • Conveying the quality and site readiness of a 50,000-square-foot industrial development before any construction began.

  • Preparing the team to perform in a live selection interview with the confidence and precision expected by a sophisticated national developer.

Together, these challenges required a coordinated effort that was visually precise and verbally sharp from first submission through the final interview.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced renderings, animations, and a selection presentation for the client's pursuit of the Amazon Reserve Stow Racks project in Kokomo, and provided presentation coaching to prepare the team for the live interview. The renderings and animations visualized the nearly 50,000-square-foot facility, communicating its design character, site layout, and adjacency to the existing FedEx warehouse. The selection presentation organized the team's qualifications and delivery approach for a purposebuilt Amazon logistics facility, framing the client's capabilities around the developer's expectations and the tenant's standards. Coaching sharpened the team's delivery and prepared them to respond to panel questions with confidence.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX coordinated across four deliverable types to build a pursuit package that matched the precision expected of an Amazon logistics selection.

  • Produced renderings and animations that communicated the building's character, site layout, and its fit within the existing industrial context adjacent to FedEx's Kokomo facility.

  • Developed a selection presentation that organized the team's qualifications around the specific requirements of delivering a purpose-built Amazon warehouse for a national developer.

  • Coached the team on pacing, delivery, and question response to ensure a confident, authoritative performance before the selection panel.

The result was a coordinated pursuit package that held together visually and verbally from the first deliverable through the final interview.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered a complete pursuit package spanning renderings, animations, a selection presentation, and live interview coaching.

  • Renderings and animations gave the developer a concrete visual understanding of the nearly 50,000-square-foot facility, its site layout, and its relationship to the surrounding industrial area.

  • The selection presentation organized the team's qualifications and delivery approach in a clear, developer-focused format suited to an Amazon logistics pursuit.

  • Presentation coaching prepared the team to perform with precision and handle panel questions with the authority expected of a high-stakes industrial selection.

The client entered the interview with a polished, well-coordinated submission and a team prepared to make their case at every stage of the process.
