Project Overview

Westfield pursued a new multifamily development at 765 Logan Street in Denver, Colorado, a 112-unit residential building offering a mix of studio, one-, two-, and threebedroom units. The project included two below-grade parking levels accommodating bicycles and vehicles, with a robust amenity program spanning a resident lounge, coworking spaces, fitness center, rooftop gardens, game rooms, a hot tub, and a second rooftop fitness center. The building was positioned to deliver a high-quality urban living experience in one of Denver's most active residential markets. PRESWERX supported the client's pursuit with renderings and animations that visualized the development before construction began.

Client Challenges

The client needed to present a compelling case for a competitive multifamily development to a private owner with high expectations for design quality and amenity programming:

  • Visualizing a 112-unit residential building with a rich amenity mix before any construction had begun, at a level of detail that gave the owner confidence in the project's design direction.

  • Communicating the building's urban lifestyle positioning, particularly the rooftop amenity program, in a way that resonated with both the owner and the eventual target resident.

  • Differentiating the client's approach in a market where multifamily developers and contractors increasingly rely on high-quality visual content to advance projects through owner approval and financing.

The client needed visuals that made the 765 Logan development feel real, desirable, and well-thought-through.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX produced renderings and animations for the client's pursuit of the 765 Logan Apartments development in Denver. The renderings captured the building's exterior presence and key interior and amenity spaces, including the resident lounge, co-working areas, fitness facilities, and rooftop programming. Animations brought the development to life with motion, conveying the building's scale, materiality, and the quality of the residential experience it was designed to offer. The finished visuals gave the client a polished, design-forward package suited to advancing the project with the owner and supporting broader development and marketing efforts.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX built the visual package around the elements of the 765 Logan project most likely to resonate with a discerning private owner: the amenity program and the overall quality of the residential experience.

  • Developed renderings that highlighted the building's exterior design and the character of its most distinctive spaces, including the rooftop gardens and amenity floors.

  • Produced animations that moved through the development's key spaces, giving the owner a sense of the lifestyle and energy the building was designed to create.

  • Calibrated the visual style to reflect the urban Denver context and the upscale positioning of the development's unit mix and amenity program.

The result was a visual package that made the 765 Logan development tangible and compelling at a stage when the project still existed only on paper.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX delivered renderings and animations that gave the client a professionally produced visual package for the 765 Logan Apartments pursuit.

  • Renderings provided the owner with a detailed, design-forward view of the building's exterior and key amenity spaces, supporting confidence in the project's direction and quality.

  • Animations conveyed the residential experience in motion, bringing the rooftop programming, communal spaces, and overall building character to life beyond what static images could show.

  • The finished visuals gave the client a polished, reusable asset suited to owner presentations, development approvals, and future marketing of the completed project.

The client advanced the 765 Logan development with a compelling visual case for its design quality and amenity positioning, backed by pursuit materials built to the standard of a competitive Denver multifamily market.
