Project Overview
The 120 Bed Tower UF Health North Medical Facility in Jacksonville, Florida delivers a new Phase III patient tower for University of Florida Health at its Max Leggett Parkway campus. The $148,000,000 project encompasses a 6-story, approximately 180,000 square foot bed tower housing 120 patient bedrooms, an expansion to the existing Central Energy Plant, and approximately 30,000 square feet of renovations within the Phase I and Phase II buildings to support the new tower. All floors connect to the currently occupied Phase II tower. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a presentation, coaching, renderings, and animations in support of the competitive pursuit.

Client Challenges
The client faced a pursuit where hospital expansion and active patient care had to coexist in the same visual story:
A bed tower connecting to an occupied Phase II building required imagery that made a complex, phased hospital expansion feel seamless.
A scope covering new vertical construction, a plant expansion, and renovations across two existing buildings required a presentation that made the full program legible.
A $148M Phase III expansion required a package equal to the scale and precision a major academic medical center investment demands.
Together, these called for a package that made a phased hospital expansion feel as ready as the facility it would serve.

Scope of Work
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package for the 120 Bed Tower UF Health North Medical Facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The presentation organized the Phase III scope, covering the 6-story, 180,000 SF bed tower, Central Energy Plant expansion, and approximately 30,000 SF of renovations across the existing Phase I and II buildings. Renderings depicted the new tower and its connection to the occupied campus, giving University of Florida Health's evaluation team a visual picture of the completed expansion. Animations brought the addition to life in a dynamic format. PRESWERX also provided coaching to prepare the team to deliver confidently.

PRESWERX Approach
PRESWERX approached this as a hospital expansion where the complexity of the phasing was as important to communicate as the new tower itself.
Developed a presentation that made the Phase III scope legible, from the new bed tower and plant expansion to the existing building renovations.
Produced renderings that depicted the new tower's connection to the occupied Phase II building, communicating a hospital addition built for seamless integration.
Created animations and provided coaching that prepared the team to deliver confidently to University of Florida Health.
The result was a package that made a complex hospital expansion feel as purposeful as the patient care it would support.
Results Delivered
PRESWERX delivered a full pursuit package that gave the 120 Bed Tower UF Health North expansion a case equal to its scope.
The presentation and coaching gave the team a confident case for a hospital expansion spanning new construction and existing building renovations.
