Project Overview

University Medical Center of Southern Nevada undertook a $50 million renovation that transformed the exterior face of its Las Vegas campus. The project spanned nine buildings and encompassed facade upgrades, new exterior lighting and signage, hardscape improvements, and landscaping enhancements. The scope was ambitious, and the visual story of the transformation needed to be told clearly and compellingly before a single panel was installed. The client engaged PRESWERX to develop a full suite of pursuit materials to communicate the scope, quality, and vision of the project to the selection committee.

Client Challenges

Transforming a working medical campus exterior across nine buildings requires pursuit materials that can hold together as one cohesive story: the client needed to visualize a complex renovation and differentiate their team in a competitive selection process.

  • Visualizing a large-scale exterior transformation on a live hospital campus before construction began

  • Communicating campus-wide design cohesion across nine buildings to a non-technical owner audience

  • Differentiating the team from competitors in a high-stakes hospital renovation pursuit

  • Preparing for a live selection interview with polished, interview-ready materials

Each challenge pointed to the same need: pursuit materials built around clarity, credibility, and visual impact.

Scope of Work

PRESWERX delivered a full suite of pursuit materials for the University Medical Center facade renovation. The team developed a tailored proposal that framed the client's qualifications and approach in direct response to the owner's priorities. Custom renderings brought the exterior transformation to life, giving the selection committee a clear visual picture of the nine-building renovation before any decisions were made. Animations and films added motion and narrative depth to the design story. PRESWERX also provided presentation coaching, preparing the client's team for the live interview with refined structure, strong delivery, and the confidence to handle questions on the spot.

PRESWERX Approach

PRESWERX approached this pursuit as a visual storytelling challenge: nine buildings, a major public owner, and a $50 million scope required one cohesive narrative that could perform across every format.

  • Developed a proposal structure that connected the client's specific qualifications directly to the campus-wide renovation scope

  • Produced renderings, animations, and films that gave the exterior transformation a clear visual identity

  • Led presentation coaching sessions that sharpened delivery, message structure, and readiness for live questions

The resulting pursuit package gave the client's team the clarity and confidence to walk into the selection room fully prepared.

Results Delivered

PRESWERX produced a complete pursuit package built to communicate a complex, nine-building renovation with visual precision and strategic focus: every deliverable was purpose-built for the demands of a public owner selection.

  • A proposal structured around the client's qualifications and the owner's stated priorities, giving the evaluation committee a clear and compelling case

  • Renderings, animations, and films that made the exterior transformation concrete and memorable before ground was broken

  • Presentation coaching that gave the client's team the structure, confidence, and readiness to perform at their best under live pressure

The client entered the selection fully equipped: a strong visual story, a sharp message, and a team prepared to present with conviction.
