Project Overview

Beverly Shores Elementary School was a $21.5 million new construction project serving Lake County Schools in Leesburg, Florida. Lake County Schools ranks as the 19th largest public school district in Florida, serving approximately 42,000 students across 51 learning sites and employing more than 5,000 staff members. The district's mission centered on providing every student with individual opportunities to excel in a dynamic, inclusive, and progressive learning environment. The client, a regional general contractor with an established record of Florida school construction, engaged PRESWERX to develop the full pursuit package, including the proposal, presentation materials, and live interview coaching to support their selection effort.
